Bring the package with you.
If you saw your pet eat something that might be toxic, don’t wait for signs. Come in right away.
Grab the container
Bring the product, its box or wrapper, and anything your pet vomited or chewed. It tells our doctors exactly what they’re treating.
Note the time
When did it happen, and roughly how much was eaten? Both change what we do first.
Don’t treat it at home
Please don’t make your pet vomit unless one of our team tells you to. Some things do more harm coming back up.
Need help moving your pet?

Dogs and cats, always
Birds, reptiles, rabbits and small mammals depend on which doctor is working. Please call ahead and we’ll tell you honestly whether tonight’s doctor is the right one.
Call animal control
